Tradition And Innovation To Make An Organic and Biodynamic Apple Cider Vinegar

Only Organic and Biodynamic Apples from the Trentino Alto Adige Region for the New Acetaia Guerzoni Product: Organic and Biodynamic Apple Cider Vinegar

To produce this new Acetaia Guerzoni product, Organic and Biodynamic Apple Cider Vinegar, only organic and biodynamic apples from the Trentino Alto Adige region are used. This apple cider vinegar is obtained by following the traditional process. First, the apples are harvested and then pressed to obtain two juices: an apple cider juice and a concentrated juice, similar to vinegar, which preserves the properties of the apples. The juice is then left to rest in containers, not in wooden barrels, to maintain the freshness, aroma, and all the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit.

Freshness and sweetness are the main characteristics of Guerzoni's organic and biodynamic apple cider vinegar, which can be used not only in salads but also with meat. It is not only versatile but also has many health benefits. It improves the production of saliva and digestive enzymes, leading to a reduction in bloating and digestive problems. It contributes to maintaining a healthy weight: it stimulates metabolism and, at the same time, mitigates sweet cravings. It activates the immune system, kills bacteria and other microorganisms, stimulates circulation, and helps to drain fat cells and cellulite. It improves the skin: it can be used to relieve acne and insect bites. It is also a powerful antioxidant. By containing malic acid, it relieves joint pain and prevents the formation of stones.

You can obtain all these benefits simply by using the vinegar in your diet. It can also be taken every morning by mixing 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of water. Nutritionists and experts agree that a good apple cider vinegar should be organic and biodynamic.
