Organic and biodynamic cooked must and wine vinegar, without preservatives or colourings, for a fragrant condiment with a rounded and slightly pungent flavour, with a note of vibrant sweetness, ideal for everyday dishes.

Obtained from the perfect mixture of cooked must and wine vinegar only, it is suitable for the everyday use. It is the result of a premium quality small batch, entirely derived from a selection of Italian grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The perfect harmonization between the acidity of wine vinegar and the predominant sweetness of cooked must make it really balanced.

Long aged in 220 liter oak barrels.

You will receive the product in our exclusive eco-friendly gift packaging. Each bottle, sealed with a crown cap, is encased in a "grape paper" sleeve, made by incorporating 30% of byproducts from wine production, and sealed with a sophisticated ribbon. Additionally, inside the package, you will find a handy measuring cap housed in its own little protective box.
