Project Title: Internationalization project of Acetaia Guerzoni to consolidate its presence in the markets of Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Denmark

Acetaia Guerzoni has carried out an important internationalization project with the goal of strengthening its presence in the strategic markets of Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Denmark, while promoting the uniqueness of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, certified organic and biodynamic.

The initiative developed along several directions, all designed to grow our presence in foreign markets. First, we aimed to promote our products within high-potential contexts, consolidating relationships with qualified buyers and distributors. At the same time, we worked to increase the visibility of the Guerzoni brand and to develop new sales channels, with particular attention to e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.

To achieve these objectives, we implemented a series of synergistic actions: participation in leading international trade fairs – such as Taste in Florence, Natexpo in Paris, and Biofach in Nuremberg – allowed us to present our products to a selected audience of operators and industry professionals. In parallel, we carried out an in-depth analysis of commercial opportunities in the target markets, defining a tailored plan.

Another key area was the development of e-commerce. We integrated a multilingual platform, introduced international payment systems, and trained our team to manage the online channel independently and in a structured way.

On the communication front, we launched targeted digital campaigns, optimized our SEO/SEM presence, and used CRM tools to strengthen B2B contact and relationship management. Finally, we created promotional materials in multiple languages – including videos, brochures, and catalogs – to effectively showcase our products, our story, and the values that define us.

As a result, our brand has gained greater visibility in the target markets, new negotiations have started with international distributors and buyers, and we have strengthened our internal structure by acquiring new digital skills and improving our ability to promote and sell online at a global level.
