Preparation
Cut the watermelon, cucumber, and feta into evenly sized cubes so they can be easily stacked. Thread the cubes of cucumber, feta, and watermelon onto small skewers, creating a colorful layered effect. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and drizzle with a few drops of Guerzoni Balsamic Vinegar.
