A TASTE OF QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE: CREMA DI ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA
With its sweet and sour flavor and high density and texture enhances the flavor of the meat, fish and cheese but is also used to serve ice cream and seasonal fruits. We are talking about the  “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” – Organic Biodynamic Cream, produced by Acetaia Guerzoni as the first cream ready to use based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Organic and Biodynamic in the market. The cream is obtained by putting together a great Mosto Cotto produced with the traditional method of direct and open fire and with an excellent, high quality Aceto Balsamico di Modena . Its  main characteristic:  organoleptic qualities. The high quality of the cream is mainly due to the raw material used: the high quality of grapes used by  Guerzoni  and collected in the province of Modena. The result is a unique product  because also  it contains no preservatives or coloring, but contains an organic starch which makes it creamy without giving problems of intolerance. A product that fits well in this summer to bring out strong flavors but also delicate. With the cream of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, the Guerzoni Company has once again chosen the quality, without compromise. It does this through a careful and accurate selection of the main ingredients, keeping intact the taste and tradition.
