Apple cider vinegar production process
Our company annually purchases several quintals of apples from Osiris to produce apple cider vinegar. After washing, the whole apples are transformed into apple cider, which begins the acetic fermentation with the addition of live vinegar. The final product is not filtered and retains its 'mother' of fermentation.
