CIBUS 2016: OPPURTUNITIES FOR THE FUTURE

New idea, future plans, meetings, tastings. All this and much more was at the Cibus, the important food fair that is held every year in Parma. The fair this year marked a record number of exhibitors and visitors.
Not only a major event for buyers but also for food lovers and foodies.
The Acetaia Guerzoni was present at Cibus where they met clients, potential clients, owners of shops and groups from Japan and from Texas who enthusiastically visited the Modena Company.
The balsamic vinegar pearls that Guerzoni Company is testing and perfecting before producing them for the market called the attention of the audience. The pearls were used, during the Cibus, to prepare some pizza.
A group of Americans and Japanese visitors, who had the chance to visit the Guerzoni Company and its owners as well as’ the biodynamic and organic production that the company carries on forever were very enthusiastic about it.
The goal for Guerzoni remains to expand into European markets and overseas while maintaining strong roots and identity to the Made in Italy.
